Each product listing is managed and fulfilled by the vendor who created it. Product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels are the responsibility of the vendor. While we aim to ensure consistency and accuracy, we are not liable for individual vendor errors or misrepresentations.
3. Orders and Payments
- Orders are processed through our website and paid via a secure third-party payment processor.
- Payments may be split between multiple vendors if your order includes products from different shops.
- Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
- You will receive confirmation of your order via email.
4. Shipping
- Shipping is managed by each vendor using locker-to-locker or locker-to-door delivery services (e.g., Pudo).
- Orders from multiple vendors may arrive separately.
- Estimated shipping times are provided per vendor but are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the vendor directly if there is a problem with your order.
- Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed with the vendor.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor on Crafty A.F. Artisan Friends operates independently. Vendors are responsible for:
- Managing their own stock, listings, and pricing
- Shipping and fulfilling orders
- Responding to customer queries
- Providing after-sale support
We do vet vendors before allowing them on the platform, but we are not liable for individual vendor actions or negligence.
7. Accounts
You may create an account to place orders or manage your shop (if you are a vendor).
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including product descriptions, images, logos, and branding—belongs to Crafty A.F. Artisan Friends or its vendors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any damages or losses resulting from vendor errors or shipping issues
- Delays in delivery due to courier problems
- Inaccurate product listings or pricing
- Loss or misuse of data by third parties (e.g., payment processors)
We do our best to ensure a smooth experience, but we act as a platform and not the direct seller of goods.
